Well, I honestly had planned to spend much of the weekend posting as much of the payload of music patiently sitting in an unassuming folder on my desktop, but several things I needed to do took much more time than I had anticipated. Unfortunately, it's going to be another brief hiatus from posting until at least after next Sunday morning's planned launch of Shuttle Endeavour and a few days for post-launch business. Also, tomorrow will prove to be an interesting day as the budget will be released and we'll have some new direction with the space program and KSC. The moon will not be part of the plan for the foreseeable future, but some new and exciting things are on the plate so we'll see what is in store for us. I'd get all pissy as to why NASA gets its chain pulled so often, but that's another rant for another blog, and it's hardly our fault people responsible for the fiscal well-being of this country don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. In any case, I do thank everyone from bands to agents to readers for your impressive dedication and patience and while I've entertained thoughts of shutting down Local Vertical due to the lack of time for it lately, I'll press on as best I can when I can. I'll leave you with a track from Day of Fire's new CD, Losing All; rather appropriate for the day (for me, anyway). See you soon.Lately
